Shipping, Warranties, Returns & Exchanges
Can I return Cat Australia shoes and apparel that I purchased overseas?

Purchases made online from overseas distributors, outlets or third party websites such as Ebay cannot be exchanged, replaced or returned by Cat Australia; we advise you to contact the place of purchase for any warranty claims.

We do not accept incorrect sizing exchanges or change-of-mind returns for overseas purchases.

Do Cat Australia shoes & apparel come with a warranty?

At Cat Australia, we stand behind our products; Cat shoes and apparel each come with a warranty against any faults with materials or workmanship.  Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please read the following carefully regarding Cat warranties:

Faulty Goods:

Cat will accept product returns for industrial shoes (6 months), lifestyle shoes (6 months) and apparel (3 months) and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Cat does not accept returns for problems as a result of regular wear and tear, or for problems caused by improper use.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery via Australia Post (within Australia only).  Note that next day delivery is dependent on the suburb you live in.  To check that your suburb qualifies for next day delivery please visit the Australia Post website and refer to the "Express Post - National Network" section,

If your suburb falls outside the normal network, delivery is not guaranteed in 1-2 working days.

PO Box delivery is not available for express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

This site ships to Australia only. Use the drop-down menu at the top of your screen (click on the flag) to select your country and find out your local shopping options.

What is your return policy?

We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with the fit of your new shoes or apparel items. So if they’re anything short of perfect, simply contact our online customer service team.


Cat has a 30 day Australia-wide free shipping returns policy for all online purchases, provided the returns are unworn, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

• You can return your purchase up to 30 days from date of dispatch
• Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with a return reference number
• Australia-wide return shipping is absolutely free
